Paneer Uttapam Ingredients
Before making paneer uttapam let’s check the ingredients for making Paneer Uttapam.
- 50 gm Paneer
- 5 gm green chilli
- 20 gm green chopped onion
- 20 gm chopped tomato
- 20 gm chopped green capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
- Curry leaves
- Diabexy Dosa mix (Dosa batter)
- Salt
I have taken Diabexy dosa mix because it is low in carbohydrates and has a low glycemic value. If you are a sugar patient or trying to lose weight, then it is the best option for you and it also makes it easy for us to make uttapam. Otherwise, you have to follow a very long process to make dosa batter like you have to soak rice and urad dal overnight and make a paste of it to make dosa batter. That’s why I would suggest you take Diabexy dosa mix.
