International Customers are required to submit their IDENTITY PROOF in case our shipping partner requires identity proof of the consignee before shipping the products.
When will my goods be shipped?
All international orders placed before 2 PM on a working day are dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after are dispatched on the next working day.
We work Monday through Saturday except on Public Holidays

How do you ship my order?
For International deliveries, we have chosen DHL Express and FedEx to ship our products.
While our delivery partners try to service every part of the world, there are sometimes exclusions.
For any exceptional cases, we will get in touch with you while processing your order.

Where do you ship from?
All our goods are shipped directly from our facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India.
What is the procedure for receiving shipments Internationally?
All your orders are packed to include your official "Export Invoice"
Depending on the country from which you are purchasing, you may be required to pay Import Duty charges upon clearance.
Our courier providers are paid to deliver to your doorstep (after import clearance).
