Easy Methi Parantha Recipe
Let's start with making spiced Methi paratha:
First take 2 cups of Diabexy atta. Now add 1 bowl of chopped Methi leaves in it. After adding Methi leaves add ½ bowl of chopped coriander (Dhaniya) and 1 bowl of curd in it.

Now mix them properly. After mixing it, add 1 tbsp coriander powder, ½ tbsp jeera powder, and 1 tbsp turmeric powder. Now add 1 tbsp of red chili powder and some garlic & green chili. Then add 1 tbsp sesame seeds (Til), 1 tbsp garam masala, melted desi ghee, and salt as per your taste.

Now mix all the ingredients properly to make a proper mixture. As our mixture is ready now, we will start making dough. In the mixture add a small bowl of warm water and mix them well. After mixing again add a small bowl of warm water to make a soft dough.

We can add 1 tbsp desi ghee to make it a softer dough.
Now our dough is ready, to make paratha take a small portion of dough and roll it into a round shape like we used to do while making simple roti. To give it a perfect round shape you can use any round container to cut it properly.

Last and the final step to cook it I would recommend you to either use desi ghee or olive oil. Now take a cooking pan and grease it with desi ghee.

When you notice that the ghee is a little bit boiled, now put your roll on the pan and cook it from both sides with desi ghee.
You can enjoy it with Dahi and salad.
