  • Boiled green peas (Matar)30g
  • Ginger (Adrak)10g

Tasty Matar Ka Paratha for Diabetic Patients

To make special healthy peas paratha follow the below steps:

Boil the peas

First, boil 30g of Matar (green peas).

Create a mixture

Take a jar and put the boiled green peas in it. Now add 10g of ginger (adrak), 1-2 green chilies, and some coriander leaves.

Make a paste

Create a smooth paste of all these ingredients.

Prepare the dough mixture

Take a bowl. Add 100g of Diabexy Atta and NutroActive salt. Now add 1 tsp of ajwain, 1 tbsp of desi ghee, and 30g of chopped spinach.

Add the peas paste

Add your prepared peas paste to the atta mixture and mix them properly.

Make the dough

When you notice that it is mixed properly, now make the dough of this mixture.

Roll and cook the paratha

Roll it like you do to make regular roti and paratha. Cook it from both sides on a hot tawa. For oiling, use desi ghee (or olive oil or any good vegetable oil).
