Take a large bowl and add a small bowl of unsweetened cocoa powder.

Add Diabexy sugar

Add 30g of Diabexy sugar to the cocoa powder.

Add coconut oil and vanilla extract

Add 4-5 tbsp coconut oil and ½ tsp vanilla extract (or any other flavor you like).

Melt using double boiling method

Through the double boiling method, melt this mixture and mix them properly to make a thick paste. In a double boiling method, take boiled water in a steel bowl and put this mixture above it.

Take a tin box and cover it with parchment paper (baking paper). If you don't have baking paper, you can also use aluminum foil. It is available at every supermarket and can be found near Kirana stores.

Take the chocolate mixture and pour it into the tin box.
