How to Make Bread at Home: Step-by-Step Guide
Take 20g Diabexy Atta in a bowl. Add 224g NutroActive Almond flour, 45g whey protein, 10g baking powder, ½ tsp xanthan gum, and ½ tsp salt.
Mix all the dry ingredients well.
In another bowl, take 370g mozzarella cheese and add 57g cream cheese.
Microwave both ingredients for 1 minute, then mix well.
Add 30g sour cream to the cheese mixture and mix properly.
Add the dry mixture to the cheese mixture and combine all the ingredients.
Add an egg and make a smooth dough.
Take a bread pan, line it with parchment paper, and sprinkle some oil on it.
Pour all the batter into the bread pan.
Bake it for 80 minutes at 170°C in a preheated oven.
Your low-glycemic bread is ready!
Cut the bread into slices.
