One of the participants in the Diabetes Reversal Program shared their experience of successfully reducing HbA1C levels and achieving normal blood sugar levels by connecting with Diabexy.

They said “My HbA1c has come down from 9.5 to 7.5, fasting is around 100, and BP is around 150. I'm following the glycemic index carefully, sticking to a limit of 25, and your entire team is cooperating very well. I've managed to reduce my body weight by 20 kg. Everyone is benefiting from your concept, and those who are following it have become very hopeful and have found a new enthusiasm for life.”

In the end, they asked a question: Why are my triglycerides high?

The answer given by Lokendra Tomar

“The fat in our body is stored in the form of triglycerides inside fat cells, and when you start following a low glycemic load diet pattern, the fat breaks down from those cells and travels through the bloodstream to the liver. The liver then breaks it down for energy use. So, as the weight loss process progresses, if we check the triglyceride levels in the blood, they may appear slightly elevated. As you approach your ideal body weight and fewer fat cells remain, triglyceride levels will naturally decrease. No problem, it's going well.
