How to Make Uttapam: Step-by-Step Guide
Take 100g Diabexy Dosa Mix and add water to make the batter. Mix it well and make it like a smooth paste.
Add a pinch of NutroActive Mineral Salt to the batter and mix well.
Heat a pan and grease it with ghee.
Pour the batter into the pan. Spread well to make the uttapam.
Chop the onion, tomatoes, cilantro, green chilies & veggies of your choice. Sprinkle a teaspoon of ghee into it.
Allow some time for it to be cooked on a slow flame. Flip and cook the other side if desired.
