How to Make Til Ki Barfi: Step-by-Step Guide
Roast 100g of sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown and aromatic.
Grind the roasted sesame seeds in a grinder into a fine powder.
In another pan, take 200g of Dairy cream and add 20g of Diabexy Sugar.
Mix both ingredients over low heat until thickened.
Once off the heat, add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and 20g of pistachios for garnish.
After mixing all the ingredients, add the ground roasted sesame seeds.
Combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Garnish with additional pistachios if desired.
Allow the mixture to set, then cut it into fudge-like shapes.
