Palak Paratha | Diabetic-Friendly Spinach Paratha
Paratha is an Indian flatbread that has different stuffings. Parathas are typically named after their stuffings like paneer stuffing called paneer paratha, and aloo stuffing called aloo paratha.
Spinach is called in Hindi, and when we add palak as stuffing, it is called Palak Paratha. Palak paratha is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is usually made with flour, spinach, and spices.

How to Make Palak Paratha: Step-by-Step Guide
Take fresh palak leaves and make palak puree.
Add 1 cup of Diabexy Atta in a bowl. Add 20g chopped onions, 10g chopped green chili, and salt to taste.
Add ½ tsp Red chili powder, ½ tsp Garam masala, ½ tsp Dhaniya powder, and ½ tsp Haldi powder.
Add ½ tsp jeera and ¼ tsp Amchur powder.
Mix all the dry ingredients well.
Add ½ cup Palak Puree and mix again.
Make a soft dough by mixing well.
Roll the dough into a round shape and place it on the tawa.
Bake on tawa, apply desi ghee, and cook from both sides until golden brown.
Your Palak Paratha is ready!
