How to Make Masala Dosa: Step-by-Step Guide
Prepare the Batter
Take 100g of Diabexy Dosa mix in a bowl.
Add water gradually to achieve a batter consistency.

Chop 50g capsicum, 50g carrot, and 50g onion.
Boil water in a pan. Add chopped capsicum, carrot, and onion to the boiling water.

Cook the Masala
