"I Stopped My BP Medicine & My Sugars Are Stable Now" | By Ajay (68 yrs)
Hello,
My name is Ajay, and I’m 68 years old. I’ve been managing diabetes for a long time and also had high blood pressure (BP). I was taking medicines for both diabetes and BP for years. But today, things have changed.
A few months ago, I started following the Diabexy diet and reversal guidance seriously. I also joined their online sessions and followed the advice step by step. Slowly, my blood sugar levels started improving—and then came something I never expected.
BP Medicines Stopped with Doctor’s Advice
After consistently good readings, my doctor advised me to stop my BP medicine.
It’s been two days, and my BP is now around 107/75—well within the healthy range. This is a big win for me!
Sugar Levels Under Control Too
-
My fasting sugar is stable
-
I’m eating healthy, protein-rich food
-
I’ve reduced stress and taken charge of my lifestyle
Even during my medical check-up, the doctor was surprised to see the improvement. They changed my medication list and said I didn’t need some of the previous drugs anymore.
I Had Weakness Before, But It's Getting Better
I used to feel weak, especially in the mornings. That made me anxious about doing daily activities or even going back to work. But now I know it was mostly due to nutritional deficiencies and the stress of medications. I’m getting my tests done (like Vitamin D, B12, and fasting insulin) to correct those.
I’m Ready to Get Back to Work
On the 14th of this month, I’ll be rejoining work. I feel confident now. My body is getting stronger, my sugars are stable, and my BP is well under control. I’ve also restarted light walking and stretching—and plan to do more gradually.
My Message to Others:
Please don’t lose hope.
Follow the right diet, take professional guidance, and believe in the power of food and discipline.
I want to thank the entire Diabexy team, especially Lokendra Sir, for showing me a new way to live.
I am proof that even at 68, you can reduce medicines, feel better, and live life on your terms again.
