How to Make Sugar-free Rasmalai: Step-by-Step Guide with Pictures
- Take 100g of Paneer.
- Knead it properly to make a dough and give the round shape like a peda.
- Take ½ tsp Saffron in a Bowl and add 4 tsp of Milk.
- Take 2 glasses of water in Kadai.
- Add 20g of Diabexy Sugar and mix it well.
- Put the Peda into the Kadai.
- Cover it and leave for some time.
- Pedas takes out in the bowl.
- Take 250 ml of Almond milk in kadai.
- Add 20-30g of Diabexy Sugar.
- Then add ¼ tsp cardamom powder and ½ handful Pistachios. Mix it properly.
- Add saffron-made Milk and mix it well.
