Coconut Barfi Ingredients

  • 200g NutroActive Almond Flour – NutroActive Almond flour has very low carbs. It is made from whole almonds and is also gluten-free. It contains high-fat content (about 50%), high protein content (about 20%), high vitamin E, vitamin B, and good mineral content
  • 200g Dry Coconut – It is beneficial such as healthy fats, hydration, and nutrients.
  • 1 cup Ghee – It is rich in flavor and has high smoke points also good for digestion and has anti-inflammatory properties.
  • 1tsp Cocoa Powder – It is made from roasted cocoa beans. It adds chocolate flavor and enhances the texture.
  • 1tbsp KhusKhus – It adds a nutty flavor and thickens the dish and also helps improve digestion.
  • 70g Diabexy Sugar - It is a fiber that is sweet and being a fiber, it doesn't affect blood sugar levels. Diabexy sugar contains fructooligosaccharide which has very low EGL ingredients.
  • 1tsp Sesame (roasted) – It has high protein, healthy fats, and essential minerals.
  • 1tsp Cardamom Powder – It adds aromatic flavor and fragrance to the dish.
  • Parchment Paper – It is non-stick paper used in cooking and baking.

How To Make Coconut Barfi

  • Take a cup of ghee in a pan.

  • Then, add 200g of the almond flour and mix it well with the hot ghee.

  • Next, add 200g of dry grated coconut & add 1 tbsp Khus Khus and 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds. Mix all the ingredients properly.

     
  • Then add 70g of Diabexy sugar and mix it with all the ingredients.

  • After off the flame, add 1 tbsp Cocoa and cardamom powder and mix it well.

  • Put parchment paper in a tin and drop all the mixture into it.

  • Flat the mixture with the help of a spatula. Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Cut it into a burfi shape with the help of a knife.

  • Your coconut barfi is ready, and you can enjoy it now.

EGL per 770g is 7.65 which is very low in comparison to other sweets. This sugar-free mithai is perfect for those who prioritize their health without compromising their taste.
