How To Make Appe Dish
- First, chop 15g of coriander leaves, 30g of carrot, 30g of chopped onion, and 1 green chilli.
- In a bowl, take 1 cup of Diabexy Dosa mix. Add ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp of coriander powder, ½ tsp of cumin powder, and ½ tsp of salt.
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Add ¾ cup water to achieve a running consistency, and make the batter.
- Then add all the chopped veggies to the batter and mix properly.
- Cover the batter and leave for some time.
- Grease the appe mould with some oil.
- Heat the mould then add the batter.
- Once the appams are cooked on one side, sprinkle some oil on top.
- Then cook the other side for 5-7 mins on medium flame.
- Your delicious appams are ready to serve.
