Reversed My Blood Sugar Without Medicines”
– Dharmendra Yadav’s Inspiring Journey
Hello, my name is Dharmendra Yadav, and I want to share my journey of how I took control of my diabetes naturally—without relying on medicines.
I joined the Diabexy program in August, after watching several of their YouTube videos. I was struggling with high sugar levels for months. My fasting blood sugar used to be around 180 mg/dL, and post-meal sugar never came below 200 mg/dL. Even though I was taking Ayurvedic medicines, they didn’t help much. So, I stopped them and decided to follow the Diabexy method.
At first, I thought it might be like all the other programs, but I still gave it a try. I followed the low glycemic load diet, avoided biscuits and snacks, and started walking every day—about 7 km daily.
Even during work travel, I stayed consistent. I would either carry my meals or get them prepared according to the low glycemic plan.
Now, I’m happy to share:
-
My fasting sugar is between 125–150 mg/dL
-
I’m not taking any medication
-
I’m following the diet strictly
-
My triglycerides are 101, which is within the normal range
Earlier, I was advised to take medicine for triglycerides, but now I just include healthy fats like peanut butter and desi ghee in my diet.
In September, my HbA1c was 8.1%, which is still a little high—but considering where I started, this is real progress. I’m confident it will continue to improve.
