My Experience with Diabexy Products – By Mukesh
Hello, my name is Mukesh, and I want to share my journey with diabetes and how I have started to manage it better with the help of Diabexy products and their low glycemic diet plan.
My Sugar Levels Before and Now
A few months back, I was taking regular diabetes medicines, but my sugar levels were still high. My blood glucose used to stay around 130 to 138 mg/dL, even with medicines. Sometimes, during festivals or outings, my sugar would go up even more.
But after I started following the low glycemic load diet and watching the Diabexy YouTube videos, I started understanding what to eat and what to avoid. Slowly, my sugar started coming under control.
I Tried Diabexy Biscuits
One day, I tried the Diabexy Peanut Biscuits. On the pack, it said the glycemic load is 1.5. I got confused—was this for one biscuit or 100 grams?
Later, I found out that the glycemic load is always calculated per 100 grams. One biscuit is only about 10 grams, so its load is very small—around 0.4 to 0.5. That means these biscuits are safe to eat even if you have diabetes, as long as you eat them in moderation.
Are There Any Side Effects?
This was my next question—are there any side effects?
Here’s what I learned:
-
Medicines can have side effects, but food usually doesn’t unless you are allergic or not drinking enough water.
-
Diabexy products are high in fiber and protein, which are good—but if you don’t drink enough water, you may feel a little constipation.
-
So just make sure to drink enough water, and you’ll be fine.
I Also Used Diabexy Atta (Flour)
I made halwa using the Diabexy atta at home. I used around 100 grams of flour and made it in small portions. I could eat it over 2 or 3 days, and it did not increase my sugar levels. It tasted great too.
What I Learned
One of the most important things I learned is that you can enjoy tasty food and still manage your diabetes—you just need to choose the right kind of food with low glycemic load.
I also realized that just eating one or two Diabexy products is not enough. You need to follow the full day’s meal plan properly. Only then will you get good results.
Common Questions I Had (And Their Answers)
Q1. Is the glycemic load written on the biscuit packet for one biscuit or for the full pack?
It is for 100 grams. One biscuit has very little glycemic load, so it is safe in small quantities.
Q2. Can diabetics eat these biscuits every day?
Yes, if you eat in moderation and follow the proper diet plan.
Q3. Are there any side effects of these products?
Not really. But since they are high in fiber, drink enough water. Otherwise, you may feel a little constipated.
Q4. How long can I keep the halwa made from Diabexy atta?
You can store and eat it for 2–3 days if kept in a clean, cool place.
Q5. My sugar is still high even after eating these products. What should I do?
You need to follow the full low glycemic meal plan. Just eating one product won’t help. Watch the Diabexy videos—they explain everything very clearly.
Final Words
I am thankful to Lokendra Sir and the Diabexy team. I feel more confident now and don’t fear diabetes like before. If you are serious about reversing your diabetes, I suggest you learn about the low glycemic load diet and give it a try. It really works.
